Last week, our company arranged for us to expand training. It was destined to be a tough but very meaningful two days. We are not familiar with each other before, through this training,the strangeness is gone. It brings us not only a physical challenge, but also a spiritual wealth.

 In the training, the biggest feature of training team project is to work together. In the process of the expansion of training, between the players of each team should pay attention to the most is how to organize, coordinate and cooperate, rather than a team member how to do better; Personal should pay attention to the team should be far greater than himself.

In this process, I have a deep understanding of what is called the "team". Review to expand the training process, vividly, in the face of difficulties and challenges. The cohesion of the people fully embodies the challenge of the self, the melting team spirit. A team,without the team spirit, all the training programs can't be completed at this time. If a team member’s asunder, self willed and selfish, lawlessness, certainly a mess, the work is hard to the achievement. On the contrary, When a team is faced with a difficult task or encounter difficulties, it is possible to work together without fear to accomplish the impossible. In the whole process of training, all the members have played an important role in the development of the team. It is precisely because of the strict requirements of their own, focus on the details, meticulous, automatic spontaneous, refused to excuse, to successfully completion the task.

I am very grateful to have such a profound experience and meaningful experience through the development of training activities. I can in such a tacit understanding of the team and honored, I believe that in our big family, whether we will be the next face what kind of difficulty, we are able to holding hands together to overcome, because I firmly believe that: unity is strength!
