The way to inspect the performance of roughcast is as below ① to sample the materials located in the front, middle and behind of whole sintered oven. ②take the test sample column (The dimension is around D10*15mm) in the block roughcast.③ get the result to use the Automatic magnetic tester.④ Analysis all data, then determine the material are qualified or not.
Sand and investment casting have similar processes, but sand casting cannot always make small, intricate parts. Sand casting also often utilizes heavier weight limits, sometimes greater than a ton.
The ABEC scale is an industry accepted standard for the tolerances of a ball bearing. It was developed by the Annular Bearing Engineering Committee (ABEC) of the American Bearing Manufacturers Association (ABMA). There are five classes, going from widest tolerances to tightest: 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9. Higher ABEC classes provide better precision, efficiency, and greater speed capabilities, but do not necessarily mean that the bearing can spin faster. Additionally, the ABEC rating does not specify many other critical factors, such as smoothness of the rolling contact surfaces, ball precision, and material quality.
Where a customer has existing pattern equipment, we will usually be able to use it to produce the required castings. However, it may require some modification in some instances to fit in with production methods.
