  • Q How do you package of delivery parts?

    A We use various types of transportation routes including truck, vessel and air freight according to our customer needs. We prepare either partial shipping by pallets or full container shipment which depend on loading content.
  • Q Who can we contact if we've got a question about spare parts and related issues?

    A If you have other questions or need detailed explanation please contact us at  fuchun@fu-chun.con  for writing communication.
  • Q Are you able to deliver products in Customer-supplied special packaging?

    A Yes,Fuchun suppliy finished products in customised packaging, with any labelling required to ensure traceability.Fuchun specifically uses environment-friendly packaging which is either recyclable or of low environmental impact.
  • Q Are the molds reusable?

    A The molds cannot be reused but are rather recycled.
  • Q Will you store my molds?

    A We can either store your active molds at our facility or return them with your order.
  • Q Can I get my mold and samples?

    A All samples and molds you paid for are your property and can be returned at any time. 
  • Q Can you provide crating for international shipments?

    A

    Yes. We provide EN compliant wood packaging.

  • Q HOW WILL YOU PACK MY ITEMS TO ENSURE THEY ARE WELL PROTECTED?

    A We evaluate each individual item in any shipment and determine the best way to protect them and meet your needs. We consider the characteristics of the items, the financial, strategic and/or sentimental value of the items, the weight, and the mode of transportation to determine how the items will be packed.
  • Q Are you prepared to operate a supply system?

    A Where a customer has a regular repeating requirement, we are happy to operate Kanban systems to ensure continuity of supply.
  • Q What about your after-sales?

    A

    Complaints & Claim:

    (The problems: quantities, batch, usage and picture)

    Preliminary discriminant problems:

    (If it is caused by Manufacturing process problems, or misuse, etc.)

    Convey to Technology:

    Sales department collect the information and details as possible then convey all to Technology for reference.

    Technology check and analysis products issues:

    According to the information and details provided by customer, analysis products issues and find the causes.

    Storage check:

    Check if there are same problems on the parts in storage.

    Provide Solutions and Feedback customer:

    In accordance of the causes, find out the efficient solutions to customers .

  • Q What about your packaging?

    A

    Wooden package after mandatory treatment or other.
