Our precision cast and fully machined drive shaft flange yoke is a core heavy-duty connecting component independently developed and produced by professional Chinese precision casting foundry. Manufactured using advanced lost wax investment casting or sand casting process, combined with professional CNC finishing, this part perfectly integrates the structural advantages of casting and the high-precision matching performance of mechanical processing, and is widely matched for heavy-duty trucks, construction machinery, excavators, loaders, agricultural machinery and other transmission and axle systems.
In terms of material selection, we adopt high-standard nodular cast iron FCD450/FCD600 and high-strength alloy cast steel as base materials. Through strict smelting, casting, heat treatment (normalizing, quenching and tempering), the product obtains excellent mechanical properties: high tensile strength, strong impact toughness, good fatigue resistance and long-term stable performance under heavy load, vibration and harsh outdoor working conditions.
In terms of craftsmanship, the bottom special-shaped support base is integrally precision cast to ensure dense internal structure, no pores, no sand holes and no shrinkage defects. The upper cylindrical matching shaft body is processed by precision CNC lathe and grinding machine, with extremely high coaxiality, smooth and smooth mating surface, precise tolerance control, which can perfectly cooperate with bearings, oil seals and shaft sleeves, effectively reducing assembly wear and extending the overall service life of the equipment.
Compared with ordinary welded or ordinary cast flange products, our casting flange yoke has outstanding advantages: integrated forming without welding seam, higher overall structural strength, not easy to deform under large torque; higher dimensional consistency, convenient for mass installation and replacement; stronger customization ability, can be customized according to customer drawings, samples, different hole positions, pitch circle diameter, tooth types and load requirements.
